Good German language proficiency can help you feel more at home in Germany. Your skill level should be plentiful to understand lectures and participate in discussion in university seminars. You are appropriate to have very good English skills if you wish to enroll in an English-language degree programme. The language level required for admission to university depends on your degree programme and the university itself. The "Deutsch-Uni Online"(DUO) is a web portal for learning German. You can enhance your knowledge of German and formulate for your studies. You may learn on your own, in a virtual course or with comprehensive tutorial guidance. The "DUO" offers courses both on beginner and on transitional level. There is a preliminary course for the TestDaF and advanced level courses to learn subject-specific language and achieve subject knowledge.

You shouldn't learn German just to gain admission to university.
